Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to join. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The B1 Village is a community for building wealth, business, and legacy together. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Community Guidelines, which you must agree to before you connect, post, or comment. In short: treat everyone with respect, no harassment, no spam or unwanted solicitation, be authentically yourself, respect other members' privacy, and keep everything safe and legal.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes not harassing or abusing other members, not spamming or soliciting, not impersonating others, not posting unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, not attempting to breach security or scrape data, and not using the Platform in a way that disrupts it for others.

Access to the community requires an active membership. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and any trial terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your membership settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the Platform so the community can function. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect the community and its members. Where appropriate, we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious violations.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is." Content shared by members and in the community is for information and networking; it is not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boyce Watkins Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Boyce Watkins Enterprises, Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
